Job Title: Industrial Refrigeration Service Director
Location: Our office is based in Trafford Park, Manchester
Hours: 40-hour week, Monday to Friday.

The post of Industrial Refrigeration Service Director is a high-profile role in our business and one that requires an ambitious, enthusiastic, and dedicated individual.
You will need to demonstrate that you have strong management skills, be a good communicator and have a long, established work experience within the refrigeration Industry.
This is an excellent opportunity for the right individual to join our team and manage our service department, focusing on providing a premium service and excellent customer experience.
Your engineering team will comprise of highly skilled Industrial engineers, knowledgeable in electrical, mechanical, and electronic control systems, improver engineers and apprentices.
Duties and responsibilities
With support from our Service Co-ordinator and Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for the following:
- Managing our service and maintenance engineers
- Responding to emergency breakdowns
- Planning routine maintenance and service works
- Providing quotations
- Continuously monitoring all work to maximise efficiency. You will need to set certain levels of expectations of quality that you want to receive from your team.
- Communicating with clients
- Reviewing engineers job sheets
- Invoicing works on completion
- Organising and managing the Call out Rota
- Developing sales and client relationships
To be suitable for this excellent opportunity and join our dynamic company you must have a wealth of experience within the refrigeration sector and be able to offer a degree of technical support to the engineers. You must have good people management skills and the ability to manage a busy service department. A clean, full driving license will be required, and you must be prepared to travel across the UK at times.
