New additional Coldstore currently under construction in South America.

Seward Refrigeration Ltd have designed the refrigeration plant and are currently project managing the installation. The building consists of a 125m (Long) x 17m (wide) x 32m (High) Coldstore, transfer passage way and loading dock. The refrigeration plant being installed is a two stage pumped ammonia plant providing -30°c pumped ammonia to the Coldstore and -2°c pumped ammonia to the transfer passage way and loading dock coolers. Compressor oil cooling is via glycol providing underfloor heating for the Coldstore. Total plant duty is rated at 1500kw.
